In-home (yours or mine) or virtual appointment. Please note that you must have an initial physiotherapy assessment prior to booking a follow up physiotherapy session in order to develop a treatment plan and set goals. After your assessment a treatment length will be recommended based on the treatment plan. Your individualized plan may incorporate a combination of education, manual therapy, active exercises, acupuncture, soft tissue massage, yoga, TRE® etc. For further information on available techniques see Treatment Descriptions.
what to expect: Follow up physiotherapy SESSION

Choice of treatment depends largely on your body’s response to interventions so we will always discuss how you are feeling prior to beginning. I encourage you to ask questions and fully participate in your care. A treatment session is typically 90 minutes in duration at a cost of $150 payable by e-transfer, cash or cheque. A detailed receipt will be provided and it is your responsibility to seek reimbursement if you have a third party insurance plan. Back to top.
